HARDCOVER BOOK PRINTING

Case binding is the traditional way to produce a hard backed book. Printed case books give you the durability of a hardcover book and let you put your artwork or photos onto the book cover like a perfect bound book.

 

1. Cover: 157gsm paper mount on 2.2 mm heavy weight board (ends 140g FSC paper)

2. Content Paper 105gsm / 128sm / 157gsm/ 170gsm / 210gsm, 100gsm FSC paper, 500-600 g mounted paper

3. You can choose the paper for the cover and content pages, additional paper cost will be added.

4. Different paper type and printing effect available.

• Cover: Lamination - Glossy / Matt Lamination / Soft Touch (smaller than A4)

• FSC Matt Art Paper 105 gsm / 128 gsm / 157gsm / 170 gsm / 210 gsm 

• 170 gsm and 210 gsm can be used under 24 pages

• Various papers can be chose but an additional cost will be added

• Hard-Case Bound

• CMYK 4C+4C / 4C + 0

• Min order 1 book

• A4 / A3 size / Custom

• Files : Front and Back Cover 20 mm bleed + Content Pages 3 mm bleed

Board Books (Board Book Binding)

• Size: Smaller than A4 210mm(H) x 297mm(W) / A4 landscape / A3

• 8 - 20 Pages

• Cover: Lamination - Glossy / Matt Lamination

• Context pages can be added with Glossy or Matt lamination as an option, an additional cost will be added.

• FSC Certified 250gsm Matt Art Card, Two sheets are combined into a sheet 500 gsm

• Various papers can be chose but an additional cost will be added

• Finishing Size : Smaller than A4 210mm (H) x 297mm (W) / A3

• Color: CMYK 4C+4C

• Extra: Two Round Corner Cut

• Production Lead Time 3-4 working days

• Files : Front Cover (Left 8 mm Bleed + 3 mm bleed ), Content Pages and Back Cover 3 mm bleed, the book spine should be on the left of the front cover
